Arshad Wahedna

Mr. Arshad Wahedna is a first-generation entrepreneur having started his career in banking, prior to being a member of the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) in 1991. His career prior to starting Gulf Global Group spans cross-functional expertise in financial services, stock-brokerage, advisory, and real estate development. As a certified Chartered Accountant (1985), Mr. Wahedna has advised on variouswell known public market transactions for the larger industrial groups in India.

Having moved to Dubai in 2001, the active real estate market prompted him to be one of the first freehold land investors, making major land acquisitions and spearheading development for the group between 2002-2007. He has also successfully led the team at Gulf in developing and executing the large majority of the group’s capstone projects.
