Gulf developed this 10.000 sq.m building containing 300+ labor rooms, 25 offices and retail space in 2006. The unique location and asset class generated pre-leverage returns of 33% annually for 10 years prior to its sale.
The building was sold for USD 15 million in 2016.

Completed in 2016 this 230 room building used pre-cast construction to reduce the development time-frame to a mere 10 months from breaking ground. The building contains 10 bus parkings, a canteen, kitchen, prayer room, and medical room on site.
