This masterplanned development is currently in construction and will contain nearly 200.000 sq.m of landscaped residential villas, hotel, commercial space and spa. The project will be split into 2 phases with Palmarosa Phase I containing 192 villas and townhomes and Phase II another 93 townhomes, a planned hotel and mixed-use building.
The project is currently being delivered by Gulf Developers along with DCE as a contractor.
