Our team comprises of multidisciplinary expertise with a combined experience spread across multiple decades between India and The United Arab Emirates. Our breath of work spans across asset classes, investment, development and asset management.
Gulf has completed in excess of 50 land and development investments since 2002. We have in-house expertise in asset management and facilities management. Our related entities for holding and development purposes are Global Realty Partners FZC, Gulf Developers FZC, Frontline Developers FZC, Sterling International FZC, and Oasis Holding FZC, amongst others.
Gulf specializes in opportunistic ground-up development where demand for a particular asset or asset class does not match with the available inventory. We take a top down view on development generally looking at macro trends and then more detailed submarket dynamics before the conception of any development project.
Our strength lies in the ability to leverage industry relationships and invest in off market transactions. We contribute capital and a wealth of experience in the development of projects proposed on the group’s land bank along with distressed opportunities in the wider market. This category qualifies as the core of the group’s ventures and the majority of current projects to date.
